Care1st Health Plan is closely monitoring the severe conditions caused by wildfires in Southern California and have implemented the following services to help ensure that our members receive the care they need during this time:

  • Allowing for the immediate refill of prescriptions, even if they are not yet due to be refilled.
  • Conducting outreach to affected members who currently participate in a care management program.
  • Beacon Health Options, Care1st's contracted managed care plan for behavioral health, is providing resources, materials and counseling services. Members can access details and resources at www.achievesolutions.net/achievesolutions/en/Content.do?contentId=47324.

Care1st Health Plan members who need immediate assistance can contact customer service at 888-852-5345 for assistance on fire-related issues from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday.
