Member informing materials are available to members in languages other than English. To request materials in another language or in an alternative format, Braille, Electronic Text File, Audio, or Large Print, please contact Care1st Cal MediConnect Plan Member Services at 1-855-905-3825 (TTY: 711), 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days a week.
