Back To School Immunizations


With the start of the new school year, it is important for parents to remember that the Arizona School Immunization Law requires that all children be up-to-date on their immunizations (shots) in order to attend school or child care.  It's best for children to receive immunizations at their pediatrician's office; however, free immunizations are available at the following location for children between 0-18 years old who do not have health insurance.

6666 W. Peoria Avenue, #113 (northeast corner of 67th Avenue and Peoria)

Hours of Operation: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Also open on the third Saturday of the month from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Closed on Tuesdays
Closed for Lunch: 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
