~Sales Tip & Reminders~ How to Establish Trust With Your Medicare Applicant When asking a Medicare Applicant for their Medicare and/or Medi-Cal card, ensure to keep the card(s) in a neutral area where it is visible to both you and the applicant. Don’t obscure the card(s) with your presentation materials. Don’t hold onto the card(s). This immediately establishes trust between you and the applicant and also allows you to verify their eligibility from the start. Most importantly, this increases the likelihood of closing the sale.
