Proud and pleased to announced that we have expanded our business and care to SAN DIEGO! Care1st Health Plan has kept our word in “increasing awareness about all of the available State and Federal Sponsored Programs, to screen and to assist families with the enrollment process so that no one who is eligible is left without coverage” by expanding our  services to San Diego. Also we opened a satellite office in Huntington Park!!

            In our San Diego Health Care Benefit for our Medicare Advantage with Part D, we offer a very generous plan which includes: $3.00 to visit to your primary care doctor, $5.00 to visit a specialist, NO COST for routine Dental service, a very generous Hearing Aid benefit with Medicare covered diagnostic testing and more. But that is not ALL!! If you have no transportation to see your doctor, we will provide it for you at NO COST. Also we have a fitness program that you could join.
