Care1st promotes a collaborative, supportive, relationship with its
contracted Medical Groups/IPA. Care1st Provider Network Operations
(PNO) Department assigns a dedicated PNO representative to each
of its contracted Medical Groups/IPAs. Care1st PNO representative
is responsible for conducting Joint Operations Committee (JOC) meetings
with their delegated Medical Groups/IPAs for the purpose of education
and dissemination of new materials, tools and standards. Below is
