measles vaccination for
children starting at 6

NPI Notice Claim Update -
January 16, 2008
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2008,
Care1st requires that all providers submit the servicing provider’s NPI number(s) on every claim. EFFECTIVE March 1, 2008, Care1st will require that the referring, attending and operating provider NPI numbers also be present on all claim submissions.
