Everyone knows the health risks of smoking. When you are ready to quit smoking, help is available. Call the Arizona Smokers’ Helpline (ASHLine) at 1-800-556-6222. A “Coach” will be assigned and provide education and support to you by weekly telephone calls throughout the quit process.
