Preventing Fraud
As AHCCCS contractors we are obligated to report to Care1st and AHCCCS whenever we believe that a provider or member is obtaining services or reimbursement that he or she is not entitled. Additionally, we are obligated to report when we believe there may be physical or emotional abuse of our members. Please review the section on fraud and abuse and how to report it in the Member Handbook or the Provider Handbook.
