Who is Eligible for Coverage?
Care 1st Health Plan Arizona, Inc. does not determine member eligibility
for the AHCCCS program. Eligibility is determined by the Department
of Economic Security (DES), the AHCCCS Administration, or Social
Security Administration (SSA). Any further
questions on eligibility or guidelines, please contact AHCCCS,
DES, or SSA directly
What is Care1st’s coverage area?
Care1st Health Plan Arizona, Inc. is only available in Maricopa
County.
