Provider Network Operations
Department
The Provider Network Operations Department is responsible
for contracting with providers (physicians, dentists,
hospitals and ancillary service providers) and
maintenance and education of the provider network
as well as serving as the liaison between providers
and the health plan.
The Provider Services Representative is the provider’s
primary point of contact within Care1st. The Provider
Services Representative will answer any questions
you may have as a contracted provider or direct
you to the appropriate department within the organization.
The Provider Services Representative is assigned
to your office by geographic location.
