Member Services
The Member Services Department acts as the link between our members and Care 1st Health Plan. The Member Services Department can help members choose or change their Primary Care Provider (PCP), find a pharmacy near them, or help them with any other problems or questions that they may have.
Member Services wants to make sure that our members are getting the health care services that they need. Member Services can help members make an appointment, tell members about the services that are covered by Care 1st or help members resolve any problems or complaints that they may have.
