Care1st Health Plan Arizona, Inc. is the new AHCCCS and KidsCare health plan available in Maricopa County. Although Care1st is new to the AHCCCS program, we are not new to the health care arena. Care 1st Health Plan Arizona, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Care1st Health Plan which has been operating in southern California for over ten years.
